Shipping Policy
Returns:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt, proof of purchase or order number.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages or wrong item received:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Items returned must be in the same condition as received. Any item damaged by the customer is not eligible for return.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Shipping costs and insurance costs are not refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or transit delayed packages. We can track your package but are unable to provide further information that what is provided by the tracking number. Insurance is automatically added to orders at checkout. If you opt out of the insurance, you will not have coverage. If you notice the insurance has not been added, please contact holly@bomberpatches.com or change your browsing window on your mobile device.
