Standard Order Minimum Quantities:
Patches
- Embroidered 25 pieces
- PVC 35 pieces
Challenge Coins: 50 pieces
Stickers: 100 pieces
Lower quantities can be considered on a case by case basis.
Step 1 – Tell Us Your Mission
Please provide your unit name, concept, timeline, size/dimensions and quantity. Upload your reference art or sketches if you have them.
Step 2 – Artwork & Proof
Our designer will create a digital proof for approval. Revisions included until it’s right.
Up to three hours of design time will be included in the price of your order. Highly complex requests, specifically AI generated submissions, are subject to a design fee, which will be discussed, and agreed upon, prior to the design phase.
Ownership of the original artwork, digital proofs and source files remains with Bomber Patches unless a formal copyright transfer is purchased. Unauthorized use or reproduction of these designs by third-party vendors is prohibited.
Step 3 – Production & Delivery
Once approved, your design is immediately sent to production. A photo of the production sample will be sent to you via text or email for your approval.
What to include in your request
The more info you give us, the better we can quote and design. At minimum, please include your unit name, patch size/dimensions, quantity and timeline. If you’re not sure on materials or backing, just say so and we’ll recommend what works best.
